Home Furnishing Trends, a division of Forest Lake LLC. will deliver your new furniture anywhere within the 48 contiguous states. For a nominal fee, we ship to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for delivery prices outside the 48 states.

Home Furnishing Trends will make every attempt to have all items in stock. Your order will be direct ship from the Khoury Furniture factory in seven to ten business days. Depending on where you live, you should receive it within six to eight working days. We will contact you and provide an estimated ship date on any back ordered item.

Standard shipping charges very depending upon the unit(s) being purchased. For example: Typical shipping charges for the Stockholm Queen grouping would be approximately $140. Please feel free to use the shopping cart with no obligation to order to determine specific shipping charges.

With standard delivery service, the delivery man will help you carry your new furniture to the front ground door of your home-not inside. If you live in an apartment building, the furniture will be brought only to the lobby.

The delivery company will give you a call 1-2 days before they are ready to make delivery to confirm that an adult (18 years or older) will be present to accept delivery. Please note that sometimes small orders are shipped out FedEx or UPS and neither of these companies will call before delivery. If they miss you, they will leave a note on your door and then you call them to arrange another delivery time.

Please inspect all boxes before you accept delivery. If you can clearly see damage to your order, mark it down on the paperwork the driver will have and refuse the shipment. Call us immediately reporting the damaged freight and we will send out a replacement. If you only see a torn box but can not tell if the product is damaged, just make a note on the paperwork that the carton was damaged and accept the shipment. If after opening the order you find damage to the product, please call our Customer Service Department immediately and inform them of the damage. We will send a replacement out to you and pick up the damaged order. Either case will be at no charge to you. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery that a product is damaged, we will not be able to replace it at no charge.

• Cancellation Policy I – If an order has not shipped and you wish to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, there will be no cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours of placing the order, there will be a $39 cancellation fee for those orders under $3,000. Orders over $3,000 will impose a $100 cancellation fee.

• Cancellation Policy II – If an order is cancelled after it has shipped or if it is refused upon delivery, you will be liable for all actual delivery charges. This includes the actual cost of shipping the product(s) out to you and the cost of bringing the products back to our warehouse. A mandatory 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all cancelled or refused orders that have already shipped. This policy applies to all orders including orders that offer reduced or free shipping.

Return Policy:
We are proud of our furniture and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 30 days of receipt of your furniture (excluding delivery and service charges).
