• We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover cards.

• We are accepting orders from the Contiguous 48 United States. If you are outside that area, please call 1-888-901-6333 and we'll check to see if we can accommodate your needs.

• Our furniture items require delivery via common carrier due to their size, which means a freight company will be delivering this item. To provide a higher level of service the shipper will work with you directly to arrange for a time and date of delivery.

The common carrier drivers bring your purchase to your delivery address for curbside delivery. Due to a variety of freight delivery services, the driver may or may not bring the shipment into your home or up any stairs. Drivers are expected to notify you of a delivery time and day and your delivery service options, so you can have the appropriate help available to get purchases into your home if necessary.

We expect our common carriers to be friendly, timely, and safe. Our primary goal is to have your purchase arrive as quickly as possible and in excellent condition. The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it depending on the level of delivery service. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house if it is not included in your shipping charges. You can work with the shipper directly to arrange for any additional delivery services that you would like to take advantage of. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for those additional services.

• If damage occurs during shipping, you must call within 24 hrs to report your claim.

• At Home Furnishing Trends, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your purchase within 30 days of the confirmed delivery.

• Returns are easy. E-mail us at sales@homefurnishingtrends.com and simply indicate the reason for your return. We'll reply promptly with a return authorization number to be written on the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Place the completed return form in the box with your carefully packaged merchandise.

• Credits are issued upon receiving your merchandise in good condition. Home Furnishing Trends will refund your purchase, less actual shipping charges.

• Depending on the carrier, returned merchandise can take 7-14 days to reach us. Credit card purchases should reflect credit within one billing cycle from the time we process your returned order.
